How to submit a copyright complaint concerning material or links listed on GroupdaTelegram.

Copyright complaints

GroupdaTelegram is a directory and search service that may display information and links relating to third-party Telegram groups, channels, bots and posts. We respect intellectual property rights and will review properly submitted copyright complaints.

How to submit a notice

Email support@groupdatelegram.com with the subject “Copyright Removal Request”. Include all of the following:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact GroupdaTelegram URL(s) and, where possible, the corresponding Telegram URL(s) at issue.
  • A statement explaining why you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name may be used as an electronic signature).

Review and action

We may request additional information to assess a notice. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the identified listing or link and may take action against repeat or clearly abusive submissions. A listing may refer to content hosted and controlled by a third party; removing a GroupdaTelegram listing does not itself remove content from Telegram.

Counter-notification

If you believe a listing was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, email us with the relevant URL, an explanation of the mistake, your contact details and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error. We may share the counter-notification with the original complainant where appropriate and permitted by law.
